If you have Incompetent Explorer, MAAAAYBE.

And even if so, there's usually a download involved, may not be voluntary, but someone still has to click |Download| or something.

Yea...anyway Vista doesn't seem to have a down side considering malwares, seeing as when I got this pc (just 3 months ago) I had XP and got loads of malware just for simple downloads.
