I am starting to play now it is a really cool game. Unfortunately all the games have such long phases so if anyone wants to play a shorter one let me know.

lol. Beginning strategy in a sentence:
England: Move into Germany/Scandinavia
France: Team up with England to take out Germany
Italy: Make a pact with France and destroy Austria
Turkey: Take over the world but watch those skany Russians.
Russia: Tear Austria apart
Austria: Kiss Germany goodbye
Germany: Kiss Austria goodbye

Also we should get a long-term game going, it gets much more strategical and less worry about scheduling.
